Comoe Capital Team

Brigitte Abbé is Seed Funding Manager. She is working for Comoé Capital since January 2018. Brigitte worked at Orange Côte d’Ivoire as a senior advisor before joining HD International, a consulting firm specializing in fundraising and technical assistance for SMEs. She then joined the technology start-up TaxiJet, and later joined 5k, a start-up incubator created by Ivorian business angels. She is also the founder of an NGO for the promotion of women’s entrepreneurship.

She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Abidjan Business School and a business management degree from the University of Caen.

Djibril Doumbia joined Comoé Capital in 2020 as Principal. Since 2023, he is the Managing Director of the company.

Djibril holds an MSc in Management from EMLYON and a degree in agricultural engineering with a major in agro-economics. He has more than 8 years of investment experience as a private equity analyst. He has also been manager of a mutual fund (OPCVM). He co-founded several companies including FX LABS, a technology laboratory dedicated to the creation and support of SMEs.

Gaubys KOUASSI is an analyst.
She joined the team in 2020, after a six-month internship. Before joining Comoé Capital, she did an internship in market finance at BICI Bourse, then as a CRM specialist intern at Ecobank Côte d’Ivoire.
Gaubys holds a degree in Statistical Engineering and Economics from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d’Economie Appliquée (ENSEA).

Issa Sidibé joins the team in 2017 as CEO of Comoé Capital. Issa first worked as a consultant and internal auditor for several banking groups (Crédit Agricole, Société Générale, BPCE) in France and in Luxembourg. He joined the investment fund Cauris Management in Abidjan, before co-founding two years later TaxiJet, a start-up based in Abidjan inspired from Uber.

Issa holds an engineering degree from INPHB in Yamoussoukro (ex-INSET) and a Master of Science from HEC Paris.

Jessica Miessi joined the Comoé Capital in 2019. Jessica is working on the seed funding of the I&P Acceleration in Sahel program.

She holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance from HEC Abidjan and a degree in Business Management from the Methodist University of Ivory Coast (UMECI). She joins the team after a nine-month internship at Comoé Capital.

Kevin Allah is an investment officer at Comoé Capital. He joined the team in 2019, after a six-month internship at Comoé Capital.

He holds a Master 2 degree in Finance Management from Mundiapolis University, Casablanca and a diploma in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IAE) of Grenoble.

Before joining the private equity team, Kevin made an internship at BMCE Capital in Casablanca (Morocco) and an internship at Société Générale in Abidjan.

Uriel KLA is a project manager and joined the team in 2022.
She was previously a financial auditor at Deloitte Côte d’Ivoire for 2 years as an assistant. Uriel holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Institut National Polytechnique de Yamoussoukro (Côte d’Ivoire) and a certification in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris.
